Bruce Fram has 25 years experience in a wide variety of markets including computer networking, enterprise software, software as a service, security and storage. Mr. Fram works with Venture firms as an investment advisor and interim CEO. Mr. Fram was Network General’s CEO after its successful $275M purchase from McAfee. Prior to Network General, Mr. Fram was a Vice President at EMC Corporation following EMC’s purchase of Luminate Software. As founder and CEO of Luminate, Mr. Fram created a pioneer in the application management and software as a service sectors. Before founding Luminate, Mr. Fram held executive positions at Network General Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Fram is on the boards of Mantara, Inc and Fididel. He holds a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
