Prior to joining Sun, Mr. Moriarty was Chief Financial Officer of ChartONE, Inc., a venture-backed company and one of the country's largest copiers of medical records. Mr. Moriarty coordinated the company's spin-out from its publicly held parent to several leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining ChartONE, Mr. Moriarty spent ten years in investment banking, most recently with Volpe Brown Whelan & Co. where he led the firm's healthcare M&A efforts. Mr. Moriarty received his Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he received the Austin Scholarship and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Davis. At Trigo, Byron served as founding President & CEO, then became Vice President of Business Development as the company grew to profitability, 150 employees, and a $40+ million run-rate. BVP worked closely with Byron and the executive team after Trigo's founding in 1999, and invested in all institutional financing rounds. Prior to Trigo, Byron worked in private equity with TA Associates where he focused on technology investing. He came to TA from McKinsey & Company, where he was involved with Fortune 500 clients in the media and technology markets, and was active in McKinsey's Innovation and Technology Management practice. Byron holds a degree with honors from UC Berkeley in political economy. Mike joined Intacct as CEO in February, 2007. He has over 36 years experience in the information technology industry and has been CEO of three Silicon Valley companies and General Manager of four major businesses at IBM. As CEO of Neuron Data, he transformed it into Blaze Software which went public in 2000 and is now part of Fair Issac Corporation. In the mid 1990?s, he led Kaleida Labs, the pioneering multimedia joint venture of Apple and IBM, and most recently co-founded The Interim CEO Network, Silicon Valley?s #1 source for interim leadership. His IBM career spanned 23 years, customers of all sizes, and products as diverse as software, servers of all sizes, PC?s and even typewriters. Habitually "on the edge" of new trends like on demand application solutions, Mike also was a founder and VP of IBM's Multimedia Division in 1990 and started its Fireworks Partners venture fund in 1992. He formed the Interactive Multimedia Association in 1991 and served as its chairman until merging with the Software Publishers Association in 1996. He helped launch SNA in 1977 and the original IBM PC in 1981. He has also been a guest lecturer in the entrepreneurship programs at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and Santa Clara University. Mr. Anderson was also a founder of Navidec, Inc. where he led its automotive practice group, launching several highly successful e-commerce sites including DriveOff.com, the nation's first 100-percent online leasing and auto -buying Web site that has since been acquired by Microsoft (autos.msn.com). Prior to joining Navidec, Mr. Anderson led technology and change management teams at US WEST for nine years. Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution. Under his leadership, MFN customers included BP Amoco, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999 and ultimately sold to MFN the following year in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Prior to co-founding SiteSmith, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Professional Services for GlobalCenter, a pioneer in the hosting and Internet services marketplace. Mr. Ryan credits his success in creating IT services that meet customers' ever-changing business challenges to his background in operations, which includes ten years in operations and management positions at Great America, a division of Viacom, one of the world's largest consumer entertainment companies. Mr. Ryan has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including CIO, venture capital, Internet, hosting, and software conferences. He attended UCLA and is an advisor to the UCLA CLAS fund. He joined Brocade through the acquisition of McDATA Corporation, where he led the Advanced Products Group responsible for expanding revenue in new businesses.
